Ik this isn't the time to say this but I'm tired of Goku and Vegeta (don't get me wrong I love them both) but we need to see goten and trunks in the spotlight. Kinda like what Naruto did with Boruto. They could be the new Goku and Vegeta wanting to fight the strongest opponents since as kids they're exactly like there father's personality and all with the want to fight or at least they were till they were put aside.That would be a good way to keep the franchise going and it would give us a chance to see new faces and something refreshing , besides a change is definitely needed. I've got an idea on how to make Piccolo relevant again for future seasons: As we all know, Piccolo has fused with Kami, basically Earth's *God* , who had incredibly vast knowledge. Maybe he knew how to use God Ki, however his body was too weak to master it. The fused warrior that is Piccolo has a much stronger body, which would grant him access to God-Ki after enough training and meditation, giving him his much needed power boost.

I think you missed some more informations about Piccolo. The Nameless Namekian had a father named Katas. He sent his son to earth to flee the disaster that happened on Namek. I think his evil part was influenced from people back then when there were wars constantly and evil deeds of humans back then.

Damon should not have eliminated him and piccolo should have been the one to spot anilaza's weakness not 17. I know he is supposed to be the reincarnation of King Piccolo, but there was once a game (I don't remember which, I think it was a handheld one) in which Piccolo was the only one left to fight Perfect Cell iirc. He then summoned Shenron to wish King Piccolo back and fuse with him, because he was actually the "real/original" evil part of the nameless namekian, in order to become the "complete" nameless namekian and be able to fight Perfect Cell. I would really like a similar plot to make Piccolo relevant again. PS: That game had a lot of what if arcs, it was really cool. In one of them Krillin had to learn the spirit bomb to beat Perfect Cell. Totally forgot the name, though :(
