Your logic is flawed anyways because Heart Virus Goku isn't the same as Alternate timeline, thus each of those Goku's would have died a different number of times. Why Most don't? We use defibrillators all the time. We don't call a time of death. The heart doesn't do all the pumping of the blood so for a short while a person is still alive. While some may say you were dead for so long, in Dragon Ball Super we definitively see that Goku never goes to the other side. Piccolo claimed Goku was dead but that was never actually true, Piccolo was wrong. Goku used his Ki the same way a defibrillator works and only in a short time (as far as we know). Since King Kai (or anyone else) never saw him or we see him pass on to the other side and come back or have any scene like that we know Goku is alive. It also makes sense he is alive the entire time because his Ki is still active on Earth. Your Ki is part of your life force. Goku's didn't leave the earth yet at that time, nor was he even aided in reviving his body (other than by his own self thru his Ki). Multiverse theory is a bitch, but each individual in each universe is a different entity. Future Trunks hasn't died multiple times because his other self was killed by Cell (by the end of Dragon ball Z alone). Each version of him have only both died once. One Future Trunks is wished back, the other is not (as far as we know). Two different lives entirely. Or else, Cell would have never made it back.

Krillin has exceptional energy manipulation and adaptability, if his physical capabilities were on the same level he would be way more of a threat...he'd be more useful if he didn't engage in combat directly and stuck to hit and run snipe tactics while others faught e.g. dive in which a solar flare so Goku could charge and land his kamehameha unhindered or maybe throwing a destructo disk at the enemy whilst the are engaged in a beam struggle... granted he does often takes the role of support (sensu bean duty) but he could have done so much more aggressively and to more effect, we've seen him use some of the better tactics and strategies through out dragon ball/z/super so we know he's capable of it hopefully going forward (if there is a forward) we'll see him at his full potential more often as let's be honest krillin is everyones favourite inaccurate glass cannon. Toriyama never said Krillin is stronger, Tien has always been stronger than Krillin from the start of dragon ball and Tien has been in more battles than Krillin, Tien has more impressive feats like dominating Cell, the ginyu force, and Base Trunks, Tien has battled and done well against way more powerful enemies and has way more dangerous moves, is a way more serious fighter and has way more training, Krillin quit being a fighter after the Cell arc wile Tien never stops training, they nerfed him in super because Toriyama doesn't like Tien because he's a representation of China and Toriyama's bully growing up, but Toei in the 90s respected Tien which is why they show Tien as way stronger than Krillin back in DBZ.

People in the dbz fandom are just as bad as the villains in DBZ. They call the weaker characters trash. Not looking into further into their character, just noting that they’re are fodder next to Goku and Vegeta. People give shit to Krillin for losing and dying in fights forgetting that Krillin fought knowing he was probably going to die, yet fans can’t give him any props for trying. Yet the same people call Mumen Rider(realest hero) badass for trying. People give Yamcha shit for becoming a coward and quitting martial arts, failing to understand his point of view. He is the weakest in a group of fighters, occasionally shit on by the people he cares about(when Bulma picked Vegeta whom she had just met over Yamcha who had been trying to tap that for years) and is overall afraid of dying again. It’s not that hard to understand if you look at it from their perspective, but I really do blame Toriyama for this. He made these two characters that could’ve been epic characters into joke characters just there to make Saiyans look good.

I always thought it would be cool if Krillen figured out how to bend the destructodisk around himself like a pure ki destructo blades surrounding him with the properties of destructodisk. As it allowed Frieza saga Krillen to cut off Friezas tail. "Destructo Armor" could make Krillen relevant for an episode or two. Maybe he uses it to save a mortally wounded Goku as everyone makes a desperate escape. Then just before he would inevitably die. Plot twist. Goku taught Krillen the Instant Transmission.
