@@bushisback112no, there wasn‘t enough evidence to support a court trial. There‘s a difference. Now it‘s only a question of „who do you believe?“ and not „will he be convicted?“. Dan harmon and the production crew obviously decided months ago as they put more trust in the words of the other party involved.

Not taking anything away from Charles Martinet….. But the voices from Super Mario Super Show will ALWAYS be MY Mario and Luigi, Toad, Princess “Peach” Toadstool, Bowser, Koopa Kids/Koopalings, etc. Bob Haskins in the 1st movie actually pretty much nailed it, too, for the most.

Beloved characters have multiple voice actors all the time. Charles himself would probably say it's an insult if you turn your back on a character because he wanted to retire.
