"Slidden" is a real word, and you used it correctly. I had a coworker that made fun of some of the words I use that sound normal to me, but strange to her. My paternal grandmother was raised Quaker, maybe that was part of it? Who knows, maybe I was just well read?

I am so excited for you! Just putting up the temporary door frames gives the whole project another dimension. Amazing to see the "slidden" mud and rock against the already set first rows, but it really shows how solid your home will be when it is finished. Reminds me of Matthew 7:24 -25 when Jesus teaches us to build our lives on a solid foundation. How well you have prepared your house with the wire cloth and vapor barriers to withstand all types of weather. Bless you all!
