yep! I've got a nice corner going, played in a band for a long time :) 6505+ with 6l6s, Celestion v30 2x12 and 4x12, pretty modest pedal board with only a few essentials, boss tuner and noise suppressor, mxr carbon copy, boss octave, electro harmonix s9, and a cry baby mini. I play esp 6 string guitars with either bareknuckle juggernauts or emg 81/85. usually tunes in C#. That's as close to an amp tour as I'll probably get lol, but it's always fun when someone sees it and knows what it is :)

Recently I've been appreciating the impact of having fun bright 90s reminiscent models on the table and this was it! The P3 paint colours look amazingly opaque after only one coat. The work you did on the green skin was nice too, very smooth; thought of doing a competition piece as a challenge?

Thanks!! Something about those older style models is just so nice. I did Golden Demon last year and got a finalist pin. I plan on doing more painting competitions in the future, they have been pretty fun and definitely helped me push my skill level forward.

In terms of the one hour timer, you looked to have primed it before painting. How long do you let your miniatures 'dry' from primer before hitting them up?

Depends on the primer, vallejo only takes about 2 min max to dry through an air brush so eh 1-2 minutes max

I mean, yeah primer doesn't take too long to dry from an airbrush, but the speed paint bit was just a bit, it wasn't an actual timed event or anything.

Most of the model looks amazing, but that sword just isn't it. The pattern looks alright, but at least the edge has to be metal, or it just doesn't come across as a blade at all.
