I have velocity catless headers being shipped right now for my 2024 RCSB… until tuning comes out I should be good with just defoulers right? Also I’ve heard some people say you have to flip the flange on catbacks to run them

catless headers on a 24? You might be able to avoid the CEL but in my honest opinion why put the extra strain without a proper tune? air/fuel ratios are gonna be out of wack, as far as flipping the flange it depends on outlet from the headers to the exhaust, you might need to adjust according to how it’s positioned.

@@JohnSmith-xf5imended up hearing from velocity directly. 24s require the catback flange to be flipped at the y pipe. As for why I’m running catless, I got plenty of friends with 5.0s that have run catless with no tune fine. The newer gens have an adaptive styled ECU, so it’s gonna adjust itself enough to run fine. It won’t run any significant power without a tune obviously. But I plan on going whipple stage 2 as soon as custom tuning is out, so I don’t want to put a grand into a catted long tube just to end up blowing out the cats. More money to put into the kit, tuning, or upgrades like a 10 rib/fuel system
