As of typing, I am a 235 day old Catholic. I had fellow parish members that traveled with me to view the relic of St. Jude at a local church in my area (SW Missouri). I was stunned to see Fr. Martins there. I had a total "fanboy" moment. I had NO idea that he was traveling with the relic. I immediately pre-ordered his book, got his signature and thanked him for all of the knowledge he shares. I have a "First Year as a Catholic Album' that is near 500 pictures and I wish I would have asked for a picture with him. I was there in the last hour, he was having dinner and just seeing this intelligent man and visiting the relic itself was more MORE than enough!

This priest is going to be instrumental in saving souls. There are other great Exorcist who are following in his footsteps, too. Father Chad Ripperger for a start. That said, pray for his protection. I am sure Satan is going to be incredibly angry at the negative exposure he is getting. So pray for Father Martins protection.

I don't know if this is a good sign or a bad sign, but I started to notice more and more pagan and outright occult oarafanelia pop on re-sell sites. I am a thrifty person. I enjoy getting a good deal on things and I don't mind if they're not brand new, but recently I noticed more and more occult stuff popping on these re-sell sites like wiccan kit, tarot cards, sets of crystals, and even a suspicious looking candle holder with an eye symbol on it. The person was trying to sell it for 2 dollars which was really cheap for a brass candle holder of that size. Thanks to father Martins educational podcast I am really careful now and pay close attention to what I bring into my home and I am on the lookout for hidden symbols or other things that shouldn't be in a christian household.

I have so many questions. I guess where I would start first is that I have listened to some other priests who are exorcists. The objective is always the same but there are completely different versions between each one’s message. Yes, I am Catholic and am far from the perfect one. My main argument against Father Martins is that he says that demons absolutely despise anything holy. They steer clear of holy water, prayers and especially the bricks and mortar churches themselves. This absolutely cannot be true if we are discussing this topic in a broad context as to what and who is under demonic possession or influence. I have witnessed firsthand and I don’t believe I’m alone when I say that evil incarnate can and has manifested as the priest of the parish himself. When sexual assault and abuse occurs within the confines of what should be the safest, most holy place that humans have access to, I consider this to be a major accomplishment for satan. When the population of the parishioners keep going down, it should be concerning as to why this is occurring. Another example is the Catholic schools, particularly in central Florida. I may be wrong, but when the diocese appoints their version of the school board and one is definitely a homosexual and this lifestyle has tentacled outwards into the principal’s of the schools being homosexual and woke, I consider this hypocrisy at the highest level. What is a Catholic school where there are no priests, nuns or the fundamental Catholic beliefs being utilized? In my opinion, this is just a private school. I wonder if confidence and contentment in one’s views can backfire to the point where they or he is being sidelined deliberately to spread his experiences and his book which has been heavily marketed which doesn’t mean he’s not of the highest level of of his intent to spread the message about the spiritual warfare that we are definitely under. When I attend a Catholic high school football game and the players are cursing, saying “G Damnit”, this is alarming and unacceptable behavior. Yet no parent or school officials are either watching and listening or they are desensitized to it happening. The same game, the DJ or person announcing the score and playing music when our home team scored is playing a song by this band called The Crystal Method. Name of the game I believe it’s called, but there’s one part where it aggressively breaks into chorus and says, “motherf*****”. I don’t believe I’m possessed or have a mental disorder because I noticed another student from the visiting school shout “This is a Christian school! We are Christian schools! You don’t talk this way!” The response from the catholic student to this young man was “shut the f*** up and worry about your crappy performance!” I’m angry about this and I detest hypocrisy. Some of the things Father Martins says are not 100% accurate and I’m definitely on his side and of his mindset. His position in society has granted a much higher hierarchy in society than mine, deservedly so. It just gets confusing when the human aspect behind the messaging varies to an extent where it becomes more confusing than constructive. I am not trying to come across as hostile or argumentative, it’s just an issue that requires deep prayer and discussion about.

Yes, it works. I have a seven inch wooden crucifix with St. Benedict medal placed on the cross right above Jesus’s head and it has been blessed by a priest. I have a few of those medals. I have also placed crucifixes on the main door and on my windows. We have to defend ourselves with prayer and with religious objects that have been blessed by a priest. ✝️

What about tattoos? I spoke with an exorcist that had to deliver someone possessed by getting a tattoo. Blood, semen, and creameans have been injected into some people getting tattoos. Ask Fr Martins about that.

How is it that so many "priests" today don't believe in what the Catholic Church has always taught which is there is no salvation outside the church. This is incredible. All these priests are becoming Protestant. This is not true. If you believe the Catholic Church is the one Jesus established, which it is, then there is no salvation with any other religion. For Fr. to say you don't have to be Catholic to be saved is absolutely false. If that's the case, why is he a priest?

These remove evil and help people move closer to God! So, anyone who is guiding others to God and rotten Satan will be attacked because he is jealous and wants people to be destroyed, tortured forever under him. Father Martins knows this very well! Typical of others searching for anything to accuse those trying to do good, exposing evil and leading the lost to Christ! Are ALL priest good, no. Extra Ecclesium Nulla Salus is a dogma of the Church. Doesn’t that mean that outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation. Jesus set up a sacramental system that gives us salvation. Just believing in your heart that Jesus is God doesn’t get it. I’m disappointed in Fr Martins, but hope I misunderstood what he meant.

Moses and the Prophets were in hell till Jesus arrived? Whoa! I dont think that was accurate. Church teaching is that Moses and those who came before Christ were in as the Bible says, "the world of the dead", sort of Limbo not quite in heave and not also in Hell. Certainly they were not in Hell, because when Jesus arrived and opened the gates of heaven, if they were in Hell then they could not have been able to cross over and enter heaven.

I absolutely love Fr Carlos Martins' presentations , but St John The Baptist and the Holy Prophets in Hell? What of the grand parents of The Mother of God? This is highly offensive! This is where St Augustine of Hippo's theology makes little sense. The inherited guilt of Adam and Eve is emphatically NOT accepted in The Orthodox Church, neither does it accept the horrific belief that before they are baptised, innocent children belong to the Evil One, which Fr Martins mentions elsewhere. Orthodoxy accepts our inheritance of a propensity towards errant behaviour, which occurred as a consequence of the Fall, but children are considered to be innocent. The exorcism component of baptism in The Orthodox Church, is intended to clear away any demonic influence which a child may have been subjected to, rather than a reclaiming of the child from S***n.
