Is there some way to clean the background noise? I am not a native speaker, and when I have to concentrate on filtering what he is saying, my mind can not comprehend the loud grey noise, and after a minute of listening, my brain starts to hurt.

Love these recaps. Please check out BV Larson's original Star Force books. Or The Lost Fleet by Jack Campbell. Honor Harrington series by David Weber would be cool too.

@@MadFabe You'd probably really dig the BV Larson stuff. He's one of most prolific audiobook writers on Audible from what I've seen. Has quite a few really solid series they just tend to kind of go on too long. But The Jack Campbell audiobooks are just super interesting. A war hero who died at the beginning of the 100 year interstellar war between 2 human factions is found in a emergency cryo pod on it's last legs power wise by his interstellar country as they're on their way to a battle to try and end the war. So after his "resurrection" the war hero finds the entire war has been propagandized in his name, so he tries to lead the fleet from the enemies home system after a 100 years of war tactics have fallen by the wayside. Ships are built to only last a few months at this point etc. It's super interesting world it sets up.
