@ProjectTimeGarage Just watched part 2. Thank you for the video. I have a TV in my shop now. So I can watch your videos and work on my truck at the same time. Thank you

The EBPV delete pedestal is a good upgrade while your already in there. It will get rid of an oil leak and exhaust restriction, especially if your installing an upgraded turbo. Get the high flow exhaust port with the EBPV Delete pedestal too. It makes a big difference in exhaust flow.

I've been missing the F2 Hooptie, that's what got me hooked and subscribing. The lift of the rear is super smart. You're not only creating content, but you are also teaching your buddy and some of us that have no 7.3 Powerstroke experience. Do the plenums have a bonded seal? I noticed you cleaned the "grey glue" off but didn't see any gasket material @ 21:10? Time stamp 21:39 for the right bank plenum, I saw grey sealant on the base while you were explaining the plenum notch.

Yeah, evidently I missed the sealing part of the plenums. Ford used a grey permatex like bond. I use "The Right Stuff" from Permatex.

Great video. What an amazing deal...$500! I can relate with the "why would they do something like this?" I find there is a paradox when working on my 7.3 if something is easy in concept (removing the turbo) it turns out to be extremely difficult where you would need octopus arms. If something is more difficult in concept (replacing seals on the fuel bowl and HPOP) it turns out to be simple!

Yes, I have the same experience.

Yeah, that's what I said too - if you haven't already, take a look at the first day we went to look at it and start it. It's came a LONG way.

I've actually got all of those parts and then some for my 2000 7.3 and sittin here thinking that I've got to start on it soon😄but I'll have to find a good mechanic that can do it for me, I'm just unable to work on my own truck now days. My truck is my profile pic it looks very similar to your friends except it's a long bed and my color is bright amber metallic, lol really close in color. Can't wait for the next video's my friend. Y'all take care until then.... 7Jay3 👍👍
