My husband at the last October (2021) in Emmitsburg at the National Fallen Firefighter Memorial. He died on 4/17/2020 with a LODD. We love and miss him beyond words but are so proud of him. Absolutely love this song! It always brings tears to my eyes. Love and miss you Dave Clark!

I listen to this song at least once a year as a tribute to those brave souls who run towards danger rather than away from it. God bless them one and all.

Hoping being a fireman someday will make me happy because I will always keep my grandpa legacy alive because I know that he’s not in good shape because he was a firefighter for 33 years until 93 but now turning 21 years old I hope I can achieve my grandpa legacy alive to see his grandson achieving his dreams of becoming a firefighter.
