Hi I can actually clarify about the “gun spells” this is the fact that in oblivion there was also damage types such as fire or frost damage and these were classified as “spells” that were added to a weapon that changed it from say normal arrow damage to add fire damage for example. When in fallout three when they wanted to add damage types such as radiation damage or energy damage they used the same “spell” system that was already in place and didn’t even rename the function for I believe most of the development. Also ammo was coded as “soul gems” for a very long time in development as well as like a magazine when one soul gem gets empty you simply put in a new one and the weapon is full and ready to go again.

I knew of the existence of the codex due to new Vegas. What i didn't know was that the actual words were written by Bethesda. You'd think that j, Sawyer would have already have the rules of the bos written out.

@@Nickstalgic yeah I agree. I feel it interesting to see the brotherhood's ideas written out on paper and not some source to speculate. The bos is an interesting faction and I am personally excited to hear of any new codex rules. (Personally I think Bethesda should release the whole damn thing already)
