**this is a reupload of an older video** this video originally got age restricted a month after it was uploaded back when a lot of people's videos were just being destroyed for very minor things and it just absolutely ruined any traction the video originally had and now since fallout is really popular right now I've decided to reupload the video (slightly edited and with some changes to the thumbnail) so I can finally stop thinking about it and people can watch this video again. I put a lot of work into it and I'd hate to have it all be for nothing because some AI decided it so. Caravan is free caps. Look, the rules seem a little confusing at first, and for whatever reason, Ringo is like the only character that can glitch and win unfairly, but once you know how to play, everyone else you play against sucks and barely do anything beyond the basics. You get a few extra Jokers, specialize in a suit (I always go Spades and Hearts) and get as many Jacks and Kings as possible. No NPC will ever even use a Joker on you, and when you play one right, the NPC is suddenly like 4 moves behind you and will never catch up. Sometimes, when I start with 2 Kings, the game is over in like 3 or 5 rounds. To the sweet tune of like 3000 caps. You buy as much as you can from a Merchant that plays Caravan, then gamble a huge pot, and it's almost like you're robbing them, they pay you to takw their inventory.
