I don't agree with anyone placing their children online. I do not believe there can be informed consent.

Maybe it’s just me, but I kinda see that Anna isn’t as keen on the whole selling their family life to the world as Jonathan is. She doesn’t strike me as being particularly happy despite her honesty. It would not surprise me if maybe she will break away from this way of life sometime soon in the near future, even though it may mean some difficult decisions. If I’m honest, whatever is going on, something just didn’t sit right with me seeing a lot of the content that is posted on TikTok now as well.

I have to agree, she has always seemed rather reluctant

As a Mother Anna is responsible for her children's wellbeing and keeping them safe from harm. Anna has enough money to leave and set up something better. There are FOUR innocent children who are trapped in all if this. Anna and Jonathan should be locked up, not pitied! They are equally disturbing!

@@gloworm353 oh yeah she is certainly responsible, I’m not denying that. It’s just an observation I made. If I were in her shoes, I’d like to think that I would act differently but who really knows what goes on behind closed doors. She is certainly accessory to all of the stuff that’s going on if nothing elses

@@Lunalchameist I've only seen this one documentary earlier today and it seems quite a weird set-up. Yeah, they have a nice house and standard of living but what bugged me was the day out at the farm. It wasn't just a nice day out with the kids - it was another video opportunity for the dad who is clearly obsessed with it all.

@@gloworm353 Locked up is going a bit far mate but yeah...I do wonder what the kids will think of all this in a few years time.

It's interesting how, back then, they insisted that it was the Jonathan and Anna show, and the kids were just part of the background story, apparently, to "protect" their kids privacy. All these years later and its almost 100% about the kids; particularly Edie. In that sense, the children are being exploited as the main breadwinners, and its to their detriment. Their eldest child has experienced bullying at school and has been told by viewers that she's a terrible singer (which was a hobby she loved but seems to have given up on). Edie is now home schooled, and it honestly feels that this is in order to get more footage of their "meal ticket." Her "transition" becoming the family's identity. There was also the confusing time, around the time of this doco, that Jonathan came out as trans himself. Nothing seemed to come from this and not long after Eduado became Edie. One can only hope that Edie's transition was not concocted for views.

That was a lie though. It was always about the kids as soon as they were conceived. It may have been just Anna and Jonathan before then but once the kids came along that’s what made them popular and from that moment onwards the kids were used.

It’s such a weird scenario because as much as they are exploiting the kids for money at least they can spend every day with their kids, most people work 40-50 hour weeks and don’t get to see their children half as much. Don’t know what’s worse.
@gfutrhbf8 ай бұрын
The consequences of this family showing their kids constantly online are worse than that of parents that work 40 to 50 hour weeks.
