100 ml milk.
10 g dry yeast.
2 eggs.
60g sugar.
10 g vanilla sugar.
A pinch of salt.
250 g flour.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
45 g cold butter.
60g sugar.
60 g flour.
20 cm / 8 inch shape.
Mix well.
1 apple.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
200 ml / 6.7 fl oz cream.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar for decoration.
