Visiting Gwangjang Market in Korea was a feast for the senses. I was excited to explore the vibrant stalls after watching the Netflix show "Street Food Asia," which featured an elderly woman famous for her hand-cut noodles and dumplings. Sadly, her stall was closed when I arrived, but I didn’t let that dampen my spirits. I found a nearby vendor selling delicious hand-cut noodles and dumplings that were equally mouthwatering.
As I wandered through the market, the air was filled with enticing aromas of sizzling meats, savory pancakes, and sweet treats. I tried everything from spicy tteokbokki to crispy hotteok, each bite more delicious than the last. The atmosphere buzzed with energy and laughter, making it a memorable experience. Even without meeting the lady from the show, I left Gwangjang Market satisfied and eager to return for more culinary adventures.
