Firstly, I'm not at all in this field so please know that. Alan sounded like a less verbose version of Elon Musk, but both are visionaries with seemingly razor sharp intellect. They have labored to understand their competitors and continually seek how they can stay ahead in their specific markets and neither one minds wearing any and all of the hats necessary to achieve their desired results. I love Alan's idea of playing a meta chess game as well as approaching marketing like spreading a religion. And I had never heard that quote from Steve Jobs, but leapfrogging off of what your competitors have learned only seems pragmatic. I hope his vision about the streamlined and improved customer experience comes to pass. Being a guinea pig on the learning curve of AI has been a psychologically painful journey. 😵‍💫 Warmly. Now I'll be googling you - and so it goes. Best!
