Play blindfolded! There are audio accessibility options that does beeps and boops for hit confirms and spacing. I play against my partner blindfolded with these on, while she is on modern controls since she's never played a fighting game before. Would love to see you two play each other blindfolded and or you two play against your students (Yosuke and Kimberly) while only you guys are blindfolded.

Host a fight club for viewers/friends to settle their beef in SF6 4. Handicap challenge. For example, throws can't be used/or can only be used once per round. I think Justin Wong did a similar challenge back then. Just throwing out random ideas here.

You can also do HORSE with combos where you do a combo and they have to hit the same combo or with combo damage who ever does less gets the letter. The game has enough characters where it should be viable

Play Street fighter SKATE Go into training mode with a random character and one person has a chance to do a combo and then pass it and see if the other person can do it if they fail they get a letter. If when you're the one setting the combo it drops or doesn't combo you trade and the other person gets to set a combo. Maybe change characters every time someone gets a letter, so that you don't get a bunch of letters from someone getting their main and pulling out the hardest combos they know.
