​@@white_fang6022thats not at all. There are 9 levels of armor and armor penetrating so. For example liberator penetrator is 4th lvl and if you shoot devastators armor, you deal 60%less damage, but dominator is 5th lvl so you deal 100%dmg to devastator. But even this not all. You can you only "light armor penetrating" weapon and conquer most of enemies. All of them have weak points and if you dont have skill issue, you can conquer em all easily. Who need medium armor penetrating, when weak points require only light penetrating!?))

Meh it's still amazing. The recoil is nothing. It just pisses through ammo a little faster than it used to. Which makes sense shotgun shells are big, Google current 12g magazines. I'm constantly running different primaries but the breaker is still good. And the spray and pray fills the roll of how most people used them old breaker.

im still using the breaker simply for how bloody satisfying it is against small targets. yeah it bruns through ammo pretty fast, but thats why i call down my trusty autocannon for the tanky or far away targets.

The scorcher is amazing. It can put down any light and medium targets. It's even great against chargers to blow up their rear and then just letting bleed take care of it Only thing I want to change about it is the ammunition amount either have more mags or more capacity per mag

​@@Judge_of_Anubis05also pretty effective against bile titans. Definitely recommended opening with some kind of orbital, but after you weaken it the plas-1 melts the remaining health. Orbital rail cannon and 1 mag into underbelly is kill in less than 5 seconds.

@@Tex_actual it's worked great for hitting the bugs fresh out a breach since they're all clustered up and the explosion splash does quiet a bit of damage to a horde. On hard or challenging a brood commander takes almost an entire mag to be killed but if that commander is surrounded by lesser bugs you're going to be killing those bugs with splash damage as you focus down the commander.

@@Judge_of_Anubis05 yeah but by the very nature of the bugs at some point, they’re going to close distance with you if you’re playing on higher levels until you’re gonna be taking a lot of that splash damage. Nothing it’s unusable for bugs, but it’s a terrible choice you can pick other stuff. The scorcher for bots on the other hand phenomenal stuff can take out one of those walkers like 2 to 3 hits, can take a takeout in one when you hit the weak point can take out a Hulk very quickly. There’s no denying that’s a great gun. It’s just not a great gun for bugs

Don’t sleep on the breaker incendiary! (for bugs) You can pepper mobs while you’re running away and the fire dps gets em low or flat out kills em by the time you get into a better position

All the shotguns are now useful to some degree. I stopped using the standard Breaker for the SnP Breaker. Sweep it in a horde and watch it dumpster the whole group. The slugger is a better rifle then the 2 Diligences against bots too.

Scorcher is good against bugs you can legit bring down those annoying hive guards and even Chargers with it not to mention it easily pops the Bile Titan sacs. Only bad part is killing yourself in close range but I always dive back and shoot. Never killed myself then.

The defender is better imo. Has the same capacity as the liberator but better damage. The slow rate of fire might be a downside to others but for me it allows better control over medium to long range. Whats great about the knight is the fast rate of fire that's great for short to medium range fighting. However I prefer the defenders high damage and low rate of fire if you really wanna conserve ammo.

I just used the jar-dominator today and its absolutely terrible. The slow turn rate and high recoil made my accuracy drop 50% from normal games i use slugger and breaker.

The truth is…use whatever gun you’re most proficient with😂 I’m not a big fan of the breaker ( good gun runs out of ammo quick though ) but for bugs the defender saves my arse time and time again. The slugger is OP for bots as it can hit through medium shields but against bug’s it’s too slow. I dont care much for the laser weapons. AR depends on what enemy you’re fighting. The DMRs obliterate the bots, just gotta have good aim. The beauty of the game is that every gun is viable, you just need to learn how to use em’ and know what Stratagems to bring. As long as you’re spreading democracy, the load out is up to you!

It kinda is. Damage isnt that great, 30rounds a mag is small considering amount of enemies there are. It has medium pen and all but with only 30 rounds and low dmg compared to other guns, it feels lacking. If it had 45 insteas of 30, it will become great weapon to have. Ammo economy sucks

Trust me the JAR-5 is not that good Why ? It's sluggish movement rate, how slowly it turns, it's a really heavy fucking gun, makes it harder to quickly switch targets, but it does have great penetrating power

Yeah, as a guy that runs this thing a lot, I like it but the aim sway is counteracted by its armour pen, and the ability to take out a spore spewer, at the cost of one magazine. Another thing, it’s damage is quite good, if you are getting overrun pair it with a p4 senator (what I use) or the p19 redeemer. Also use your melee attacks

a lot of the early to get weapons are actually suprisingly better or on par with the later weapons, for some like the plasma weapons the better one is very late game which most people haven’t gotten to yet, but most other classes those earlier weapons are best.
