@OutperformOfficial9 ай бұрын
Your progress in sprinting is remarkable, especially through self-coaching and in challenging weather conditions. Cold weather can affect sprint performance due to muscle stiffness and energy challenges. To manage this, ensure a thorough warm-up and wear appropriate clothing for the cold. Your plateau in progress, despite significant improvements, could be due to reaching a point where further gains require different training strategies or rest. Varying your routine and doing things like hill sprints, resisted sprints and 'Ins and outs" can help kzbin.info/www/bejne/aYmklqp5o86Koc0 Keep up the great work!

Depends on the stance. If you don't push off the back you will have to roll forward and false start before you go just like in the video. Especially from standing.
@OutperformOfficial Жыл бұрын
The back foot should push about 10% of total power, when done properly it won't cause you to roll forward or false start. Pushing hard from the back foot will cause a slower start and put you out of position on your first step,
