Good tip, you can skip guns by replacing them with DLC weapons. Dark matter requires 33 total guns. So I am skipping launchers, by doing two dlc weapons to replace them with. You can do the same by skipping melee, sniper, etc. The more dlc guns that are added, the more options you have.

Stakeout is the superior map. The rest of them you just get sniped on at spawn due to how open they are (except pit). It is one of the few 3 lane maps in that mode whereas the rest have the lanes merge at some point. Also it is flat so headshots are easy. There are plenty of good places to get sniper headshots easily as well as plenty of places to get smg and shotgun headshots. By far the best map no matter the weapon. Only issue is the spawns can be kind of bad but that can also work in your favour in my experience allowing you to get several headshots in very short windows

Also doesn't help that you need to be incredibly fast to the head in order to get those kills w/o being shot first. AK headshots are so annoying dude If anyone cares, I needed to change my build. Ironically enough, the headshot multiplier barrel on the AK was the problem. Instead, just kit out your AK for recoil, aim high, and shoot. Got through all the headshots and got gold today after a brief break from bo6.

At first it is but I tracked how many kills it was taking me and once I got it down I went from like 700ish kills to get to gold so headshots and the other missions to about 400ish and I’m not even done (assault rifles)

The 3 scorestreaks in one game for the HE 1 launcher is an absolutely brutal task. Nearly lost my mind doing it. It isn't just how hard they are to hit with the rocket, it is how fast they can be shot down with a gun too, a lot of the time your rocket doesn't even have a chance to reach the streak before its gone.

I found it best to be in Nuketown lobbies with people who are using Counter UAV and the Watchdog Helo as they are closer and easier to hit. But yeah, this challenge really is irritating. Dark Matter unlock bumps it up to 5 which will be even more annoying lmao

My current strategy is hardcore face off and I’ve just been using the single shot guns first then I’ll do the baseball bat. I’m not too worried about getting the diamond or gold camos atm just getting all the military skins done first. Aka all headshots

i recommend core FFA. Hardcore team modes have been terrible from my experience because you get teammates stealing kills and enemies are more campy. Run Ninja perk and just run around aiming for heads. CHF Barrel barrel helps greatly because sometimes you arent facing full HP players. Chances are you'll run into people aiming for the head too. Just try to win the gunfights

I don't see how people say the headshot multiplier in this game isn't good when it's takes 1 less bullet statistically on the chart especially with the chf barrel. On top of that, hardcore sucks for faceoff because people have wallhacks(Recon perk) everytime they die and they just shoot through walls. It's way more avoidable on core

Well it's because no matter what barrel you use, in hardcore you aim at head and they die 1 shot with a headshot. In core you need to hit multiple shots, 2 to the head and then the last a body shot because they jumped or something equates to no headshot kill. It is just easier and more time efficient going for headshots to doing it in hardcore. That's all.

A tipp for shotguns on how I did it: i searched for Stakehouse and crouch walked around the map aiming up. Easily more headshots and enemies dont expect you to crouch walk around a corner :) got them done fairly quickly.

I recently picked up the dark matter grind, and yeah, it's tedious. Read many forum posts and comments but it just said the same thing, play HC and hope for stakeout. So that's what I did for 2-3 days, until I by accident equipped the 2x thermal sight on the goblin mk2. I started popping headshots, somehow the aim went for the head much easier than a red dot or normal 2x scope. But when I started using smokes, to pop hs easier and also make it harder for enemies to kill me, it went even faster. So my question is how not a single person in of all these "guides" didnt mention a thermal even once? Of course you cant use it for all weapons but the ARs its a no-brainer. Hope I helped some of you out with grinding those teeeeedious headshots 😴

You can select perk greed from the top of your screen. There you have perk1,2,3 and greed. If you select greed you can equip any perk you unlocked. Just click on a perk and then go to the top of your screen.

You have to click on the badge at the bottom for the perk greed and on top of ur screen it will say perk 1, perk 2, perk,3 and then should show we’re u can choose that perk. That’s the way you do it bro.

Literally every single lobby even on hardcore are full of people that once they see a smoke they spray and pray everything and pretty much everyone running Recon and insta shoot you on every corner u pass by. bad advice ur giving Lol U can get all the headshots for every gun and its faster and easier with stakeout map i did all my headshots for every gun on that map got all my guns Gold diamond and darkspine from stakeout only weapons that i had to play other maps with was the ones with longshots. everyone just play 24/7 stakehouse while its avialable i got 33 darkspine camos within 3 hours now im getting all the guns i like dark matter :)

@@itsPatelD98 I find Subsonic to be the best map for sniping. Open the hangar doors from the outside, run to a headglitch spot (theres a really good one on the side with the rubble), MASSIVE flat ground area that I find super easy to snipe on ✊️

Brother I’ve gotten multiple gold guns with under 300 kills. If you play hardcore headshots really aren’t that hard. I’m almost at dark matter and the only ones that were difficult is the bat and he1. Shotguns weren’t super hard but they definitely take longer to get headshots , was around 600 kills each for those
