It's crazy!! I remember being 17 and I've always been chubby and watching the show insinuate that Bridget of all people is "the fat one". Me looking at her thinking her body is damn near perfect so I have no hope🤦🏻‍♀️ Really should have had more women in the production so these women weren't so stereotyped and put thru all the bullshit Kevin seemed to love doing to them🙄

Bridget was the normal one. Perfect!!! Also most relatable. Holly was also but seemed a little stressed at times. Kenda after a minute didn't give a damn. When the gentlemen who was the Hair Stylist was a guest he clocked it that Bridget was the peacemaker. That's a hard assed job!!

I'm 41, I bought the video when it came out. At the time it was super easy for me but as one of those reviewers mentioned, I did it on low energy days. Though that reviewer said it in a negative way, it was def a positive for me! I worked out daily and fairly high intensity most days and there were some days I just needed a lower energy that still felt great and worked me. I never watched Kendras but I did really like both of your sections!! So THANK YOU! I am going to look to see if I can find it bc I bet I would struggle bus through those workouts today. I need it!!!!!

I always did both of your work outs and usually skipped Kendra’s . I’m disappointed to hear Julie was participating in trash talk about the girls. I first remember her from her stint on Growing Pains and how she was kicked off the show because of Kirk Cameron and his religious misogyny. I was a kid and that was really one of the first times I heard about Playboy, and even as I kid I was thinking “who cares, that has nothing to do with her on this show!”. I was always rooting for her because of that. I wish women could just support other women, especially ones who have been in the same circles where they have been pitted against each other like Playboy! I love both of your outfits in this episode BTW! ❤

Hi Holly, I have Hashimoto’s disease (aka: hypo thyroidism)! This is the one where your thyroid does not produce the correct hormones to have energy, and/or support your endocrine/metabolic system if it’s really severe! Mine is super severe: I’ve gone my whole life without a metabolism or endocrine system! Not sure what you’re taking, but it’s been a hard transition for me personally; the meds can be a little brutal! I have found that cutting back caffeine helps, and eating higher protein meals (even if you’re plant based) has helped along with adding in vitamin supplements!! I try to stray away from tons of sugar, which is hard because I have a sweet tooth- but with the meds they can make me super nauseous and extremely dizzy!! Apparently that’s really common, it took me about six months to figure that out!! I hope this helps! 💖😊

I also have Hashimotos. It keeps you from losing weight and messes with your hormones, it really sucks. I’m in my 30’s but feel like I’m 70. Doctors don’t prescribe you hormone replacement pills until “enough damage” is done to your thyroid. Patiently waiting for my own body to attack my own thyroid enough👍
