Uhh, sure you can. As long as there is an interface, and depending on how it's configured, you can communicate with systems via C++, C#, Swift, Java, or any language. You don't *need* Java, but maybe Java *is* nicer to use.

Great talk. Besides the JS part. Angular? And the whole set of tools that angular brings together? At one point i though he did not get that JS is being used on the server. For a few seconds i thought i know something that he does not. but no [smile] Too bad he cannot come to India. But then there are 100s of other places to visit!
