I have just realized that Testing ground can be really great in Darrell: 1) WIll to survive (3) -> you won't reveal tokens 2) Testing ground -> you will succeed by not revealing chaos token And I you have Press pass, you can spend / place a clue to have the 4th action to play the second copy of Testing ground.

Currently trying Testing Spring in Amanda and it’s been unsurprisingly pretty strong for her, especially paired with Rita to run around and open up locations. Fan campaign Crown of Egil which has so far yielded some pretty good opportunities mapwise.

Control Variable has a hidden benefit in that when you draw a curse the investigator might have failed the investigate right? Well, you can get the clue, thereby not making it a wasted effort. Almost like half of look what i found, which is a highly regarded card.
