@@RobertBakerGuitar Thank you so much Robert! You have no idea how much this means to me. My wife and I just had our first child, and she had to quit her job to take care of him, his name is Leonardo and he just turned 5 months old, and is the absolute joy of my life. I’ve always been telling him that I can’t wait to buy him his first guitar so we can one day jam together. I can’t wait to start teaching him how to play guitar and the joys it can bring in your life. So thank you again. We had a really rough last couple of years, between financial troubles (which we rectified and are doing great now), enduring pregnancy through a pandemic, and also finally finishing my bachelors degree 2 months after my son was born. My point is that, this means the world to me, I’ve never won anything in my life, and I’ve been working so hard 6-7 days a week to provide for my family with only my income, and this amazing news just makes me want to go even harder. Great things happen to people with good hearts, thank you all for the kind congrats and wishes. I’ll be posting a follow up video with my wife and son with the guitar when it arrives. Again thank you so much! And as always my friends, as Eddie Van Halen once said, “If you’re not playing, I’ll come find you and haunt you!” And as Robert always says, “Keep oooon pickin!” 🤟🤟🤟

What is one of your favorite songs?! Just curious but don’t fret as it’s not exactly vital that you answer. So, if you haven’t guessed it already I am interested (a rather curious person) when it comes to getting to know about others. ...What has spiked your interest in guitar? I will throw you a bone after all my questions. I recieved my grandfather’s Ibanez acoustic guitar after he passed so naturally I picked it up a few times but with my eye disease I have been discouraged many times in the past. It has been just over a year now of me practicing and after a few hick ups I finally have a direction and focus while making some real progress. In case you might be curious ow someone with an eye disease plays well at least for me I have some hidden talent for being a lover of music so that is what drives me through all the difficulty. The dot stickers I place on the back of the neck of my guitar helps me navigate which fret I am at for fast finger Wizardry! 🤨🤩 Well, that is enough ranting of randomness. I do sincerely hope I don’t somehow make you uncomfortable with all of this. If anything may all the silliness bring a smile to you. Joyous blessings!!! ☯️

@@gregorywilson3318 Hi, Greg!! Thank you for your comment, it definitely made me smile. It's really hard to decide which is my favorite song … but some of my favorite bands/artists are Xutos e Pontapés (a Portuguese band), Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Led Zeppelin, Guns and Roses, Queen (I could easily go on…😂). I always loved guitar and actually played classical guitar for a couple years when I was younger. I had to stop my lessons and never picked it up again. I miss it so much… Music is very important for me and it has an immersive effect on me that I can’t explain. I'm glad you found a way to play guitar despite your difficulties, don’t you ever give up as I did or you will regret it. I hope I made me understand… (English is not my first language)
