My favourite ferry in the world! And you certainly had a better day for it than we did 😁 I have a feeling that Hebridean Magic might be conspiring for us to bump into each other very soon... 😉

Lovely crossing. It's been decades since I went on a ferry, but I always enjoyed it. It's good that dogs don't have to be kept in a crate, unlike on some other companies ferries. Poppy looked very happy bounding up the stairs!

Did you find out what the white foam was by the orange van? Glad it was a calm crossing. Thanks for that. 👍😁

It was an expanding foam cartridge that I think had been crushed inside the delivery van. The car parking man had a real moan at him.

THAT WAS JUST OUTSTANDING !!!!!!!! : o Question : where they going to put that big long tour bus and that freight truck on the boat - at the same time ???? ......... they were waiting to leave the island ....... is the ferry able to carry all that weight ?????? looking at the ferry from the outside it does not look very big ???? : / ........ Peace on Earth : ) ........

Seemed a fairly big ferry to us I suppose, wasn't fully loaded though. Very smooth crossing.

Hi Bob and Jenny, we're watching your islands adventure with particular interest as we're starting our Hebridean trip on Monday when we catch the Oban to Barra ferry - hope our crossing is as smooth as yours! I noticed the tape on your offside Remis cab blind - I've been using "tablecloth clips" to suppress the rattling so I just wondered if the tape is effective?
@BobEarnshawMoHo5 жыл бұрын
I put the velcro to stop the blind falling apart, I'm waiting for replacement parts. It helps a little to stop the rattling.
@ADybc7165 жыл бұрын
Thanks Bob, good luck with the blind AND the window I've just read aboit
