Thank you Brian. Once again, this series is so unique. No one else in the KZbin HomeBrew gang is trying to do what you're doing. The idea of brewing with just what you have available on your farm, is how brewing has been done for 99.99% of the time of civilize man on earth. Keep it up! It will become a classic along with your incredibly informative videos on how to domesticate and purify your own yeast cultures!

Very inspiring, thanks Brian. Lookinf forward next episode (and I'll follow your example on how to take care of the hops I have at home - last year they had Mildou... the barley is a bit too much for me for the moment )

Cool videos! Thank you! Curious to see how the hops do adjacent to the black walnut. They secrete a phytotoxin called juglone from their roots.

May be an issue, but related species (hackberries) don't seem to mind.
