Unfortunately this last Capcom Cup was full of issues regarding player 2 having delays all over the place. Player 2 was always under handicap and Capcom did nothing about that shit. Mago was doing lots of wakeups because of this, he was clearly frustrated as player 2 and did his best at the end.
