Fenella Fielding, darling! She lived most of her adult life in Chiswick, West London. I used to see her around frequently on both the London Underground and in Chiswick High Road shops. She was highly eccentric and very tiny in terms of stature. Fenella had a high reputation for kindness amongst local residents. She was greatly liked and very friendly. She must have got sick of people sayind "Do you mind if I smoke?" and "Frying tonight!", but she never showed it. As she got older, she was very heavily made up with cosmetics. Being so small, she resembled an immaculate china doll. Fenella lived to a grand old age and is much missed.

We need a follow up, she was in so many films! I was so surprised when I saw her in Guest House Paradiso as Mrs Foxfur
