Perfect fitting and informative but it is RX135 and lot of knocking sound from the piston ring and connecting rod. By the way knocking sound is common in RX135, RX100 has way more acceleration than 135 and it's way much more better...!!!

In my rx 135 the nipple of the throttle cable does not set into the groove of the black pulley of the currently available custom oil pump as it is bigger in size and also there is hardly any gap for the movement of the stroke in the case. Ended up breaking the nipple of the throttle cable. Please tell me is there any chance any minute tiny particle entering in the engine through the shaft of the oil pump Also can you please tell me which oil pump you are using ?

Wrong way to do the rear wheel allignment,some times rim will be bent in some spots.company has provided markings near rear wheel adjuster,also you can cross check by measuring the length of the wheel adjuster on both sides and do perfect wheel allignment

they are new. some times it sounds till they are set to bore. after running the engine for 50 km or so that sound will go.

@@smauringhojai In that case, it is almost impossible. You can approach an agent at RTO office. They may give you some idea. Otherwise, there are some people who sell chassis and rC book. Try to get one.

Brother never use Catalytic Converter after restoration initial 1500kmtr... If the cylinder is rebored.. Then use oil with petrol. Then start the engine and hold the RPM 1600.then 2000rpm then 2200-2500rpm hold it for at least 17 minutes by the Carb adjustment.. After that proper tuning then you can control the RPM in 1000 range.. If it can survive on 1000 RPM(without twisting the accelerater) .. You made it... Then when you done flywheel magnet, coils the timing is very important...

Shameer khan is correct, after the engine work the proper way is place the bike in a open air place and adjust the mixture screw little rich position . add a little amt of 2t in petrol if oil pump is using . other wise add oil litre higher ratio than daily use.start the bike and increase the idle than normal . run it 15 minutes . and off it 15 minutes.again start bike and put 1/2 hour with little more idle speed. Again off it and cool it . then tune the bike . set the mixture 1/4 richer position and set idle for that .ride on 40 kmph until 250 km . ride 50 on 1000-1500 . after 2000 we can ride @ 60 kmph. @2000 change the gear oil and start to add oil as normal .also do a proper tuning
