If it means anything, cause I don't think the anime says it, but EvilEye is actually a Vampire. That's why she had that little, "My hearts pounding, even though it stopped beating so long ago..." crush moment. If I remember from reading the novel from a long time ago, it talks about how Liches have a natural aura that makes ALL undead have a better attitude towards them. Since Ainz is pretty much a super lich and just saved her life, EvilEye's went from neutral to love-stricken near instantly.

This gives him an ability that makes all undead weaker than him extremely submissive and attracted to him in a literal sense. The Climb/Succulent fights are an amazing parody of typical shonen fights. Climb goes up against Succulent, the weakest of the Six Arms. Climb immediately begins by shouting for help. He gets fatally wounded halfway through. His power-up isn't some epic awakening or new ability. It's frantic fight or flight strength that terrifies everyone around him and immediately fizzles out. He ends up having to be saved by Brain, who beats Succulent in a single hit. The second fight begins with Climb in full gear and Succulent not only without his magic gear but also in a maid's outfit. He needs constant backup from Lockmeier (the thief guy). With the illusions taken out of the equation, he's still only equal to Succulent. He defeats him with a kick to the balls and then kills him while he's on the ground. It's not a glorious fight but it's about the best Climb could've hoped for. He's a shonen protagonist in the wrong universe.

Munchausen syndrome by proxy is the condition you were thinking of. The best example I can think of is The Sixth Sense (1999). The vomiting ghost died because her mother poisoned her to get attention. Munchausen syndrome (without the criminal by proxy part) is a factitious disorder where those affected feign or induce disease, illness, injury, abuse, or psychological trauma to draw attention, sympathy, or reassurance to themselves. It's named after fictional character Baron Munchausen, who I only know from The Adventures of Baron Munchausen (1988)

In s4:spoiler I was kinda dissapointed when they skim through some dialouge like why mare and aura are cross-dresser and not go indept with who bukubukuchaguma is. They also skim through ainzach's view on ainz going from terrified to respected. There were some funny dialouge between ainz and fifth(the maid) too which they didn't include ;-; and the scene where he (cast an 8th or 9th tier spell) summon angels as bodyguards to make his pressence more kingly and kind lmao. Imo it doesn't affect much but it just feel too fast and sometimes confusing. Imagine the conversation when they go to the dwarven kingdom lol. (There was that scene where aura and albedo just argue back and forth whilst on his lap like cats which they also didn't include, sadge).

To add onto your point of Gazef and Ains being in the same room, in the LN Ains notices this and is perpetually freaking out and trying to avoid all contact with Gazef by meeting every other adventurer in the room (even the lower Gold and lower plates) so he doesn’t have to risk Gazef recognizing his voice. The whole troop went with Brain (co-leader) and Climb (leader) to attack the mansion, but Climb decided to retreat because all the six arms are in there, making mission impossible (without sebas) Lockmeier was the thief, he already checked the mansion invisible first before sebas appeared, he knew a girl (Succulent's disguise) was imprisoned after checking. So he went with the two because he knows the path. In this episode, he decided to help Climb again this time because Climb caught him when he was punched by Zero, otherwise he would have smashed straight into the wall. He is a good guy

But just to tell you a bit about her: she was a princess of a magical nation 240+ years ago, everyone in her country had rainbow eyes. One day a dragon lord used his wild magic and sucked the soul of all existences around him, several countries were destroyed in one attack. But evileye had a especial talent, Her talent nullifies one attack and allows her to cast it herself (damage depends on your level), so when that wild magic got close to her, Her talent activated and used the same wild magic without her control, and instead of dragon, she sucked the soul of her family and all of her people. That dragon wanted to turn into a vampire, and because of that the spell turned evileye(Keno is her name) into a vampire too. People turned into zombies when their soul was stolen from them, and she tried to save them for a few decades alone.
