SPOILERS. I have to say this series was legendary(like Wonder guard Tojehpay). We made and lost friends along the way, had highs and lows, but ultimately succeeded against the world and Champion Crystal with her garbage team. It was amazing that John didn’t lose any of the Pokémon during the elite 4 or the champion, and somehow, against all odds, kept Charon and Iroh alive. This was an excellent series, and I hope to see one like this in the future. Peace.

its because he didnt set the option in the randomizer so after a certain level it are only fully evolved pokemon, that way you dont end up with metapods and rattatas in the elite four

I've had 3 random shinies (Grimer, Buizel, and Larvitar), and somehow I've also had 3 Pokémon with Pokérus (Staravia, Zangoose, and Cofegrigus). I guess I'm pretty lucky, since I'm confident I've caught much less than 20000 Pokémon.

if you do another randomizer, set is so that after a certain level the pokemon are always fully evolved, else you get things like elite four using metapods and rattatas, making the beggining of the game extremely difficult, but the end a joke
