Its just worth it. Im just hoping they dnt reused skin and make it cheaper. Whats limited, should be limited. Also, sponsors having unique skins for each of them is really worth it. It makes grinding for the sponsors more worth it. Other players not being able to jump sponsors is neat as well. Now skins are worth to grind.

But I feel like BF5 took a good step forward destruction-wise, while BF2042 just dropped small scale destruction for giant maps with no personality, and I think that was a major mistake from a map design standpoint

If you’re having trouble with landmines all over objectives, there’s many ways to deal with it: Pyro grenade will clear out gas mines Smoke grenade will clear fire from pyro mines Just shoot explosive mines And if you run medium, use data reshaper. This will turn the mines into harmless potted plants. Hope this helps out some newer players, and see you in the arena!

Data reshaper is great for so much. Anything that an enemy throws at you (excluding bullets) you can reshape into a harmless plant or table. RPG? Grenade? About to explode gas barrel? Turret? Barricade? Dome shield? All will be Table. And you can turn props into barrels. Barrel spam is cool too

This game is from another timeline, one where quake and unreal tournament never gave way to grounded military bro shooters. A match in this plays just like an unreal tournament match at its core, an unreal match where someone might come through that wall at any moment. So good. I love all the setups you can roll with this, I’ve been a fan of smoking up a room and flying in with thermal vision, no one else can see but I can! Game is full of mechanics like that, allowing you to ply various playstyles out of one class.

Having played the finals from season 2 i can honestly say its one of the most consistently fun games (especially FPS games) out there now. I find myself returning to it consistently as it balances casual fun with more serious technique. The community is also generally a little older and more mature. The UI while not perfect is much more streamlined and usable than CoD has become… real joy to play

However, I personally think power shift does a great job of fulfilling the “TDM” role within the context of the finals. So I don’t think the original commenter even knows about the different modes in the game considering he only says “i’m not big on the current ONE”

The Maps are pretty cool, Weapons are pretty unique and interesting, the Destruction is bombastic and the Gameplay is very smooth... I hate the Gamemodes. With the exception of that Tug of War on-a-Platform Gamemode, every other Gamemode is just not very fun or interesting to me. If they really just made a Conquest style Mode with more Players per Team, i'd probably play this game a good bit more. The Gamemodes and low player counts because of them, are really what push me away from ever truly getting into the game. The closest I ever got to actually getting into this game, was by playing the Tug of War Mode. If they could just add a Domination/Conquest Mode, I think I could finally get into the game fully. Also the TTK is a little long imo, but I can deal with that.

I disagree. I personally don't like powershift and prefer quick cash. All I see on powershift is snipers and grenade launchers. There's no way to get creative with your gameplay and the game mode makes some of the gadgets and abilities pointless. You basically always have both teams using the exact same tactics, over and over. Plus I feel like I run into far more people scripting on that game mode and I don't understand why but it's just that one.

I've been addicted to THE FINALS ever since I played the Open Beta. The movement, the gunplay, the destruction, the strategy. The insanely cool and unique cosmetics, both free and purchasable. AND you can Mix and Match items from different sets to make your character UNIQUELY yours. Not to mention how attentive Embark, the developers, are with the community and their feedback. They removed Nukes & Dead Go Boom, fixed Las Vegas, added community-made skins, brought back Ranked Tournaments, and so much more. As long as The Finals is able to be played, I will 100% be playing it and supporting it.

Great video, though two comments: • Battlepass was grindy? Lol wut. One of my mates completed the BP in 4 days before the Season 3 end, he did not play the game that season almost at all. BP progresses very quickly, contracts is one of the main ways that give a lot of BP XP. • The video made it look like that no guns had scopes in the game which is incorrect: XP-54 and FCAR, and a sniper rifle had scopes. Other than that, as I've said, the video is great! THE FINALS is one of my all time favorites!

I skipped Season 2 and 3 and just had a feeling Season 4 was going to be really good. It is VERY good. The game is in a really good place. I pretty stopped playing Xdefiant and everything else ...just been on the Finals. The game also visually is really solid. I like that you can mix and match the cosmetics around to make something unique. I am glad the game is doing well because early on I know I was not playing and there was almost no BUZZ around the game at least not from what I was seeing.

This game is a lot of fun if you have a squad of friends all working together in those final moments to qualify. However, there just isn't enough things to grind for, and solo Q-ing is no fun at all

solo q-ing is ok if you interact with the team. say hello via comm wheel at the start, ping where you want to go, ping ok, when others do that, try to revive even as light or heavy as much as you can, say thank you when you get revived etc. I never use voice chat started as solo q and be gold 2 in ranked and have like 16 "friends" in my list that i just know inside of the finals and get an invite almost alwas immediately when i open the game. And if I ant to play alone I just ignore the invite. Trust me most of the people are in solo q and really just want to find good teammates so use the tools you get from the game. Best of luck!
