My daughter wants to cheer but her school has no team. I talked to the coach about starting a team and he said sure but I would have to lead it because there is no one else. This is my (low key) dream lol, but I truly lack the confidence to start. I have an excellent skill set to lead cheer, I was a cheerleader and I am a certified yoga teacher. But I am sooooo terrified because I need another person to help me. I dont know how to start with the faith that God will bring all the assets we need for the team. Im scared. It really lies in that I don't believe in myself.

What do you do if you have two teammates that don't get along to cause a lot of trouble for the group? Please help me I'm a first-time cheer coach and we've only had two practices
