I would say that these "AI"s are more related to robots than AIs. Mostly because they aren't learning anything; they aren't learning the best strats to get the most speed or something, they're just following a set of rules. This would be more analogous to a robot executing every humans bidding, or maybe even z3, a SAT solver (given a set of rules, what output can you generate?)
