It’s not necessary. I find large engines cumbersome and unnecessary for a passenger car when decent power can be achieved with much smaller engines. The car doesn’t compete against a formula one car.

Hi there! So I'm not sure which Lexus market you are in, however here in Canada you'd have to go to the Fsport Performance 3 package to get the Mark Levinson on the RX500H and the Executive Package on the RX350H. Both of which would have the 14 inch screen! So I wonder if in other markets it might just be a misprint on the website. Feel free to reach out to your local dealership, or if you are in Canada we can definitely help!

I think you should also put some more emphasis on the huge brakes on the rx. 6 piston brakes are no joke.

Hi John, great question! I'm not entirely sure when they will be available for purchase in Southern California, I know production has been really good up here in Canada and that our wait time has recently decreased on the RX500H in particular!

It looks absolutely stunning but to me it has a forehead that only a mother could love. If I buy one I prefer the NX F-Sport but I’m wondering if the rotors & calipers on the RX500 H would directly fit on the NX 350 F-Sport they both come with the same rims I would hope there wouldn’t be any clearance issues because the rotors and brakes look too small on the NX F sport

Thanks for the comment! I noticed online it looks very similar wheels from the RX 500h and the NX. However in person they do look a bit different. I also found in the spec sheet it calls the RX500H wheels "Unique Fsport Performance Wheels" so I'm not sure if perhaps they we designed to give a bit more space for that brake setup. However with that said you might be able to go into your local dealership and see if they will try that for you! Hope this helps!

Thanks for the feedback Donna! Okay so you can't do the white interior with silver or gray, however if you go with an executive pacakage RX 350 or RX 350H you could do the Macadamia with a silver exterior! I hope this helps!

Car companies think it's ok the put turbo 4cyl powertrains in 4700Lbs+ vehicles, especially premium products, and charge big bucks for it is beyond me. The non-euro competition is disappointing this is a really lovely car design wise but the interior needs work for the $68k-$70K+ Lexus is asking meaning there should be more stitched surfaces most of the dashboard is injected molding as well as the upper door and the lower door hard touch cheap plastic. For the most expensive RX model the seat adjustments are only 10 ways really and no massage it's great that both the back and front are heated and cooled plus the back has power fold and reclined. Another thing Lexus/Toyota is doing is penny-pinching with the options most of the options I just said are not standard on the 500h even the pano roof like what type of euro stunt Lexus is pulling Acura has done a great job on their most expensive and powerful MDX I guess we know why they took so long to give us a new RX they really didn't try hard enough shame Lexus really shame I am not impressed.

Just purchased one for my wife and I can tell you, out of all the suv's from Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Genesis that we have been deciding between, this one was the best choice for her. May not have some of the neat tricks the other brands have like massage seats, turn signal cameras and so forth, but it is comfortable, quick for a heavy suv, extremely quiet interior, and very stylish. So, of course it's not for everyone, but it is worth it for her

But Im Now Somewhat Confused, Regarding And L👀king At The New Model Line-Up!! So I Take It That The Self Charging Hybrid 450h That I Have/Own Is Now Gone?, And Replaced By The 350h?? Are These Smaller Engined Powered Car's Really A Good Idea, As The Lexus Rx Is Already A Very Heavy, Well Made And Engineered Car!! I LOVE The New Rx L👀k's For Sure, But Just Not 100% Sure About These Smaller Engines Etc!!
