The First Ikea in Sweden

We got a new camera, a Sony RX100ii. We still don't know how to use it, which is why some of the shots are out of focus, but it's small so it fits in our pocket as opposed to a DSLR, and it shoots better than the iPhone which, in my case, has a permanent purple bug on the lens.

The first Ikea ever was buildt in Älmhult south of Sweden. The one in the clip in Stockholm is the 3rd and the largest Ikea in the world.

My daughter and her friend were the very first outside the venue in Stockholm. She cried when she saw them (we've watched their vids for years). Didn't get to meet face to face (blurted out the correct answer but forgot to raise her hand! Friend raised her hand first for another Q. but wasn't seen.) T-T I called her afterwards to ask how it was: "Martina was so beautiful and Simon so handsome!" she told me. Thanks for coming to Sweden! Please visit again! (You can stay with us!)

I just realised something... when Simon did the cheesy beer commercial, he actually broke the law in Sweden (on Swedish grounds). by law you must add a message saying : För mycket alkohol dödar (too much alcohol can kill). But, I am pretty sure no one there would have cared... because you kind of need to read the publishing laws for Sweden to do so (only reason I've heard of this is because I've done so).

I am glad you fulfilled a goal in going to the flagship store of Ikea. I have always heard people rave about the food that they have. I have never been to one of their stores before. They must have been somewhere in Columbus Ohio. But without a car, It would have been very hard to do the Bus system to get there. I am enjoying seeing your trip videos, and can't wait for the regular schedule to start up again. I am amazed at the numbers of people that come to see you. It must blow your mind.

u guys have really good expensive taste and know ur stuff since i have that one too!!..except its the original RX100. my only complaint is the close up autofocus is really annoying, so hopefully the newer ver doesn't have that problem

We got SO HARDCORE LOST! We couldn't film anything at that time because we were exhausted. Ikea had conquered us. We were at the bottom somewhere, no exit in sight, and we had to call our guide to bail us out.

It is a furniture store. If you go to an IKEA in the US, there will be food as well as furniture. (The food is freakin amazing btw) Once you go to an IKEA, you'll never want to leave.
