One thing I love about this franchise is that the director will put people who experience these racial issues behind the camera. Like with the first purge, he stepped aside and put a Black man behind the camera to tell the story properly. He does the same for The Forever Purge by putting a Hispanic man behind the camera for the immigrant story be told properly. It's really cool.

A lot of people don't care for this movie cause it was a slow burn and the khaos didn't start immediately like it did in the other films, but this is one of my personal favorite purge movies! I thought the pacing was great and thought the story was good.

This one was kinda corny. I like the idea of showing the first experimental purge but in execution this movie fell very flat. The forever purge is better but the first 3 were still by far the best

I know this is supposed to be a classist movie, but i dont think they have it correct at all. Itd be the opposite. Yes, you would get some rich assholes killing the homeless thinking they are doing a benefit to society. Yet, i think the poor would band together to remove the rich. Hordes would assemble outside the mansions of the privileged and remove that silver spoon
