I have had the Wolverine V2 for a few years now & been serving me well. Stayed away from the Chroma version because I hated the extra button placement and felt I didn't need them, although I've come to realize I would totally use them if they were inset on the grips like this. Am a claw grip player and I very heavily use the M1 & M2 extra bumpers up top, curious to see how I change my hold with the extra 4 on the back. Hall effect sensors plus all of those extra customization options on the rear PLUS WIRELESS are the cherries on top, this looks like the perfect Xbox controller at least for me. Thanks for showing the software, none of the other reviews I've seen had done that and that really sealed the deal to see how much depth there is versus the basic V2 (that can't even adjust deadzone!) A little disappointed about the lack of that rubber grip coming all the way around that's going to feel like a downgrade but in all other facets seems like the controller is a proper upgrade to the excellent V2!

Anything to keep your thumbs on the thumb sticks instead of taking your thumb off to hit A,B,X,Y I also use the underneath left button to run instead of pushing down on the thumb sticks. I have a bad habit of pushing down on my sticks in stressful situations so sometimes I deactivate the thumb stick pushing down buttons, I use to knife by accident in call of duty all the time back in the day, so I just deactivate it now.

Razer have made mouse and keyboards for decades and have some of the best mice in the world, so the clicks and the mechanic inside the controller is just top notch and i dont think many other controllers will have this kind of quality and longevity on the clicks as i am expecting. PLUS it comes with hall effect sticks so stick drift is pretty much out of the question, and that makes sure the controller is still usable after 3-6 months!
