I returned my Wolverine 3pro 4 days after getting it, just because it was really uncomfortable for me. I tink people with bigger hands will have problems with it. I had to remap the LB and RB to the M1,2 and also had a problem with the left stick since half my thumb was over it just by holding it normally. Also it has a strange curve and it is shorter. Ignoring my personal experience, this was the best build controller that i have held in my hands. Nice clicky buttons and the mouse click for the triggers felt great. If the Elite 2 had Hall Effect sticks it would be the clear winner for me. I had about 3 Elites over the course of say 5-6 years. Reasons for replacing is due to stick drift. With more and more third-party companies coming out with Hall Effect tech in their controllers it would be extremely baffling if MS doesn't add Hall Effect to their V3 controller whenever that comes out. One other thing the Elite has over the Wolverine is that you can map KP keys to the buttons, Wolverine only allows you to remap the existing buttons on the controller. The Wolverine is a well built controller but the wireless is overpriced for what it offers imo. I do SOOOO like that you don't have to manually sync the wireless adapter with the Wolverine. You plug it into your rig and its good to go. And the response time on button accuasions....mmmm. nice. Does feel still when u first get it but when u break it in its good imo. Bit heaver then the Elite 2. U'll get use to it. Thanks for vid!

Long time elite user here, 3 elite controllers and 2 elite 2’s. The elites are beyond comfortable for my hands. They do have stick drift and both my elite 2’s have bad RB problems. The Wolverine v3 is good, the handles are a little too short for me, my pinky starts cramping after a while because there is nothing for to grip with it at the bottom. Also, unfortunately, after two weeks my RB on the Wolverine is sticking. Maybe it’s my fault, but I don’t think so!

I just upgraded to the Wolverine V3 pro from the Elite Series 2 after 4ish years. I was lucky not to have or at least not notice any issues with my Elite as a casual gamer but now the back paddles don't click as much as they used to and my thumbstick caps have rubbed off. I did not want another Elite because it's tech from 2019 and has not come down in price. I decided to try the Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra and thought I liked it until I did the play test and was not satisfied with the back buttons and the triggers. The back button seem to be designed so you toggle your middle finger between top and bottom instead of using two fingers for each pair. The build quality felt cheap and worries me for longevity. The face buttons are perfect mouse clicks however. The software onboard is amazing as well since you can brush aside the app. There's a lot that can be said about this one because it checks off a lot of boxes but at $200 and no replaceable thumbsticks among other things it felt like a gamble in terms of longevity. Anyway I ended up caving in and buying the Wolverine V3 pro. It's nearly perfect. It's on the smaller side and feels very similar to the standard XSX controller only with ` features. The placement of the back buttons is also very similar to the Elite Series 2's paddles that I'm used to. The handles do feel a bit shorter than the elite but upon comparing them side by side they are pretty close only that the Wolverine is round on the inner side of each handle which makes it feel a bit off. Overall comfort is great though very close the a normal XSX controller which has my favorite form factor.

Apparently I’m the only one that cares for it because no one ever mentions it in their videos. Apparently this one does have vibration so I am excited so I am hoping PlayStation allows them to re-license their controller and make a second one because if they can make this exact controller for the PS five that would make me play my PS five so much more maybe because I love my Xbox

I think buying this controller for how it feels makes sense but buying it thinking it's one of the best perfomers in the market from what i know that is not true, this controller do have a low input lag in gamepadla and 1000 polling rate and good button quality and well placed 6 extra buttons , but the stick resolution is very low in the Worvarine TE (less than 100) and (around 150) for the Pro , and tha is actually bad because the current new controllers can do many times more and offer better smoother movement on the screen, secondly there are no macros and i believe no turbo function and no keyboard input, no simultanious keys in one key , and al that is also matters because this makes the extra buttons less usable to utilize . for example the blize 2 TMR can do all that and have TMR sticks with top performance , but two less buttons and no analog triggers.

Can you use the Razer Wolverine V3 extra macro buttons as extra buttons on PC? For example, not have it mapped to any face or trigger buttons, but can use it as a "Push To Talk"/Mouse 3 or 4 button on PC games? Official Xbox controllers are slowly taking away customization by enforcing things such as "screenshot/Screen record" from the share button. So I think the Razer Wolverine Tournament Edition being weird while also being $99 is absolutely ridiculous and pretty much disqualies it as an option There's just no way I'm in the year 2024 am I using a wired controller but at tr price of $100 that's definitely out of the question and quite frankly ridiculous. Then there's the V3 Pro which you failed to mention that tho while it is indeed wireless you have to use a wireless transmitter dongle plugged into the Xbox's USB port which I'm sorry at a price of $200 is to unelegant of a design for that price point. The fact the controller can't connect wireless without the use of a silly dongle to the console pretty much disqualifies it in my eyes at least at the $200 price point. I already have my Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 3 headset dongle plugged in in the front of my Xbox Series X and in the back I have a 4TB external SSD I use for last gen games plugged in as well as the charging cable for my Elite Series 2 charing case I've got no space to plug in another dongle. If this thing we're like $100 cheaper I could justify it using the dongle but at $200 having to use a dongle to connect wirelessly is just stupid lol

@@mikedergalev I mean the back buttons, the extra shoulder buttons, extra face buttons, whatever buttons that don't normally show up on a standard Xbox controller, can all be unique buttons. You can make them duplicates of normal buttons if you want, or they can be different. So for example, if you wanted to use both the face buttons and the back buttons in a game, you can do that with Flydigi controllers. It's good for games with a lot of buttons, which is true for many PC games.

Just a shame it's for Xbox, putting that logo on your product is just asking for trouble at this point
