Tip 3 and 4 are super important and very true. And so is 2 haha. If only I had the money for whole foods :') lol

Were there any big hurdles you had to get over on your journey to getting fit or was it pretty smooth sailing for you? If you did what were they? Super curious since you're such a motivated person .

@@LifeWithVinceLuu Great job on the transformation! I found your channel by looking up the 10 mile challenge! I recently recovered from an injury and I gained some weight due to a poor diet. I'm also 5'5 and I weigh 160lbs. I'm able to run and I've been pushing myself to run but I'm still unsure of how much I should be running for and how many calories I should be eating. So it's nice to see someone's transformation like yours to help me. Patience is key, about how many calories were you eating when you were on a deficit?

Are we going to see a blonde Vince again? Thanks for posting!

I'd like to see blonde Vince come back too. Unfortunately it's a little too expensive to keep up the blonde hair lol

You really look so different when you had weight on you. The biggest tip for me is the patience. Even though you're doing everything right the results will not come over night.
