I just got a round 10 win going elephant+camel+hippo. Elephant has been the key to this weekly in my experience. It feels like there's such little else to build towards until late.

Dear lord, rabbit and hippocampus is a strong combo. Not possible in this pack but in custom it is. Feeding faint guys is obviously good aswell, the fish that gives stats is very nice.

Yep. The reveal tweet for the pet even referred to it as Wendigo. Idk why they changed the name to just “Deer Lord”. Assuming it's a pun.

they probably changed it due to (indirect) encouragement from native Americans. They don't like the idea of the wendigo being represented as some creepy deer thing, because it has very little to do with the traditional version. I said indirect encouragement because it's usually non-native activists who speak out against that sort of thing - on behalf of the actual natives in question, who usually don't care enough to get loud about it

Wow what a weekly! My favorite is using the rat to get a toy.. ideally the buy or sell toy.. Then get a dragon, and spam. I tried a full hampster team with roll toy.. didnt win, but what a game! The puma coming in clutch! Tier 2 toys dont seem to work? Level up rat is hot garbo

The no health weekly has really been making me struggle

I finally got a win with the stupid deer. Kept buffing it with beta and ants and then I transformed it and got the sea serpent level 3 at like 40/40. Managed to get a sleipnir going in the back and buffed it with the bacon from the deer and gave it carrot. All that to barely squeeze a win with 1 life. It's a rough one. Another thing I've been trying is saving flying squirrel early, then getting the old rat and the next turn replacing with the squirrel. The toy buffs are really lame but then you can pill / deer the pangolins you find and get health. This is how I got my deer to 40/40. Those are the only 2 strats I've found to get anything with actual health that isn't just camel or hippo buffs in battle. Otherwise I see a ton of people doing dragon or lioness a lot. I wanted a win with the new pets though.

Yea reindeer is op af this week. Have that.. sea horse thing that gives attack, load up some roosters and reindeer with carrots. Poodle maybe , 50 attack in no time
