The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences All Inclusive Playa del Carmen Mexico Family of 5 Vacation p1

In June, our family of five took a trip to Mexico. It was our kids first out of the country trip as well as being their first all inclusive trip. We were working with a travel agent who found a great deal but we had to leave the following Monday! We stayed at The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences in Playa del Carmen after flying into the Cancun Airport.
In this part, I give you a room tour of our family suite (a two bedroom residence) as well as a look around the property at The Fives Beach resort. We also check out their buffet for breakfast and dinner, their room service, and we try two of the restaurants on their property; the Mexican restaurant and the Mediterranean restaurant. We also took a walk in the jungle to look for wildlife, went to the beach, and checked out two of the pools at the resort. Hi! Thanks for uploading the informative video :) Do the smaller pools that run along the villas close at a certain time in the day? Or are those open all day?

I don’t think they close. People stop using them but I mentioned it to our concierge person and I’m under the impression that the pools don’t close

Thank you for this honest review! We are going next month and I've been so curious, we also got a deal and I'm not sure I would have booked this place otherwise so I've been trying to get some info. Did you feel like the food & drink offerings were good for the all inclusive price?

YES! I didn't have a single drink that wasn't included. Definitely go to the Gin bar or the cantina for some cocktails bc the pool bars are limited. Unfortunately when we went the Japanese and Thai restaurants were closed so we didn't try them but the French and Italian restaurants were great. Definitely check the schedule each day to see what places are open for breakfast and lunch too, we didn't realize that it changed until one of the last days.
