For sure yeah, I just didn't like how it seemed like he was saying that was the only reason he created Batman and didn't actually want to help Gotham, just how I perceived the scene

Good movie. Best that could’ve made under the rocky leadership circumstances at Warner Brothers. Cavill made his announcement after he was told he could by Warner leadership. James Gunn stepped in with his monkey wrenches, a week later. That was James Gunn‘s problem not Andy Moschetti’s. IT had everything to do with the direction he was forced to take with the Flash movie. That he couldn’t use the scenes he filmed with Cavill or any other character in the DCU was the call of James Gunn. He wanted his universe his way. That the final sequence was a mishmash is also his fault. It was a rushed tacked on ending the best that could be done under the circumstances. Again, Gunn’s interference. I rather enjoyed the Flash. I could tell where compromises had to be made and shouldn’t have been. That Ezra Miller needed psychiatric help didn’t show up at all in the movie. He did a great job on both of the characters. As with everything else don’t like it, no one‘s forcing you to watch it. As for me, it just put me in the mood to watch it again.
