Nora’s finally returned,Barts finally been introduced and we got the returns of Diggle and Deon, Esperanza redeemed herself in a foolish way and died,Joe(Unsuprisingly) and Kramer(surprisingly)survived the attack on them by Adam,Adam is revealed to be an immortal meta who killed him and Kramer’s squad,Dig continues to have headaches(also another GL tease)but helped Team flash using that device,one GS clone revealed why his faction and the other one are fighting,Iris is in danger of being erased and gets help from Deon,Speedforce is mentioned by Deon as helping fight off the GS clones,August is found by Dig,Cecile and Allegra but he lost his memory and needs help regaining them from the team.

No, producers confirmed that after Crisis, Earth-3 Jay Garrick and his wife Joan got respawned on Earth-Prime and they're living there now. And while John Wesley Shipp is on Stargirl, for obvious reasons the Jay of that show won't be the same from The Flash, on the New Earth-2 he has a different story. Same actor, two different versions of the character
