From her response it seemed like she was initially shocked anyone even suggested such a horrible idea (because maybe barry or her mother warn her about the dangers it could bring in the future), but then realize that he’s joking and recall the future time when Iris or Barry tell Nora about the story of her other version doing the timeline resets from season 5. Basically she could still have the ability but this version of her has been taught not to use it.
