If you don't understand why the Chosen One saved Alan's Computer: Basically, the Chosen One helped the Dark Lord destroy Alan's first computer because he didn't want to be under Alan's control. He wanted to be an independent entity that could roam the internet freely. The Dark Lord however was more megalomaniac, and wanted to conquer the internet and rule it with an iron fist. Seeing how the Dark Lord attempted to destroy Alan's computer with a Virabot, the Chosen One turned against him, not wanting to cause any more destruction.

I don't know if this comment will ever be noticed, but still. Let's talk about that scene 1:18 2:28. I have a theory. When the destruction happened at this point, I think it really ties into the story of Purple. As we remember, his father trained him very hard, to the point that he was unable to train anymore. (Precisely trained, not mocked. This can be seen from the story of Purple on the mountain. Before the fight, both nodded their heads to signify the start of the fight) So, what if Navi trained the son so much simply because he was afraid that he would not be able to defend himself? Thus wanting to make him stronger. But he overdid it, raising the bar to such an extent that it was never good enough.
