I’ve always had a passion for learning about other cultures. I find Japanese food cultural extremely fascinating and wonderful! These Stalls seem to bring people together in ways other forms of dining simply can’t. However I’m still a bit confused, are these types of Stalls set up and taken down every night? If so that’s amazing! Here on the west coast of the U.S. the closest thing we have to Food Stalls are Food Trucks, which don’t seem nearly as intensive to operate. I’ve always enjoyed videos like this and absolutely respect the proprietors and operators of these Food Stalls! Thanks for sharing! Be safe!

いつ見ても屋台文化のある街って素敵ヽ(^o^)丿ですよね。都内では、まず無理だし、仮に都内のお店で食べてもさほど感動しないし。福岡それと広島、自治体がちゃんとバックアップしてくれるのが素晴らしいと思います。小池君何とかしろよ、いるんだかいないんだかわからない存在のくせまた出馬しようとか…豆腐の角に頭打ち付けてよく考えろ!! まったく。

どの屋台さんも何で暖簾を畳んだり縛ったりするんだろ？なんか勿体ない 短くていい感じのとか元々逆三角してる暖簾も用意して下げればいいのになって思う 書いてあることも見たい派なんですよね。それで雰囲気を楽しむというかね
