The Forbidden Legion Technique | Dead by Daylight

This is a video example of my current Legion build which works relatively well without Ruin and no add-ons. In it, we also pulled off perhaps the first recorded instance of the "Faby tech", a technique that takes advantage of the fact that blinding can cancel you out of the Feral Frenzy power.

Otz: Kills someone Me: Nice Him: You noticed what I did there? I knew he was going to fake vault the window, so instead of going to the other side I faked going to the other side so I would catch him, but he didn't fall for it so he vaulted but I should have been able to get him with my lunge. However, I heard the clicking of a flashlight approximately 32 meters away, so I knew someone was there. I chased the same guy just to get near to where I heard the flashlight. There I saw a crow at about 68 meters away flying, which means that someone was there. However, there were no scratch marks but I knew someone had been there so I heard the wind and noticed that on my right the sound was a bit off, so I went there and heard some grass, which means someone was there. That's when I saw them, I hit him and I saw he was going to drop the pallet. However, I moonwalked, but he didn't fall for it so I faked moonwalking to make him fake vault, which he did but I faked moonwalked again so he could fake vault and instead vault the window but he vaulted the pallet which meant he changed directions so I had no other choice rather than faking the fake vault and faking the moonwalk to fake a fake drop of pallet to fake the fake fake breaking the pallet which caused him to click his flashlight so while I was blinded I head the grass, so I turned around and got him, easy.

Imagine if devs work on a way to make the games go slower by having survivors having to pre-prepare pallets in order to being able to pull them down. That way they have to decide upon gen-rushing, or wasting a bit of time to get safer loops if the killer comes upon them

Thus, an argument can be made for survivors about their skill requirements, since they only have to sit at gens and abuse loops

@Aeon You just described most of the twitch streamers who play as killer and in general most of the DBD streamers. That is why I stay away from all of these guys. You can watch Noob3 and Ayrun if you don't like listening to constant flow of insults. Again, I can never find these killer games interesting. I want to actually watch these guys play as survivor and see if they are any good because that is the more difficult part. You can clearly see how average Tru3 is as a survivor even though people hype him to be a great killer (which he isn't). No offense. I am an average killer myself and a good survivor.

Once around 6 months ago some Ace with flashlight did this for me. He dropped the pallet and was waiting near it. I went frenzy for fast vault and hit because I had Franklins Demise and wanted him to lose his FL. He tried to blind me but got down and lost his shit. That was sooo hilarious, he was so mad in the endgame chat :D And personally I didn't even realised what happened and forgot about this situation until this video. Thank you, not Otz!

It also works in the open, happened to me. It is not very common that a survivor starts blinding you when you run straight at them in frenzy but: If you start a frenzy launch, get blinded mid-attack, the launch will continue as normal launch.

I actually stumbled upon this very tech by pure chance before. I was using the Iridescent Button, which made it so vaulting pallets also destroyed them. I chased after a survivor, they dropped the pallet, I enter frenzy to vault and break, during which they flashlighted me. I went for the frenzy stab, and got very confused when it instead gave me the regular m1. Confused, but pleasantly surprised.

Otz try the ninja legion build please (dark devotion,nemesis,barbecue,optional perk here). Use the broken pin add on and frenzy duration. Find a survivor,hit everyone, let the last one stun you after hitting him,down him, find another injured survivor with barbecue and down him without terror radius. I think infectious fright is a good perk in this combo because allow you to do multiple downs. Discordance also is useful because it gives you that early resets. What you think about this build?

There is another... the forbidden buy yourself some time strat. Use the deep wound effect so the healing takes nearly twice as long whilst RUIN activates. Also use disordance so you know WHERE THEY ARE
