Also, if you happen to see any weird matrix glitchy stuff going on with the screen... I'm aware of it. The reason is because I used the green screen for thsi video, and the phone screen occasionally caught glimpses of the green screen behind me when I would move it, reflecting the green color on the screen and the video editor thought it needed to be blacked out... I tried to fix it as much as possible but unfortunately I couldn't fix all of it.

The feel of it was fantastic! Those edges on the frame, and it had what might have been their best back panel: so soft yet grippy, I'd put it on the level of a leather back phone. It felt expensive, when you held this thing. It'd be hard to find this thing at a reasonable price, however, because so few were built initially, and only a fraction of those were refunded; so the price is usually bloated to 800+ (while it originally released for 450, which I thought was an excellent price point for something that was a more typically glass-slab and came w/ better features, minus the keyboard). A true gem to hold and use!

I bought mine in the summer of 2018. Still a good phone. I've only had problems with the fingerprint sensor. But right now it's working fine. The phone works for what I need: call, text, youtube, google. The camera is not the best, but it's adequate. Battery life is very good. That's one of the reasons I haven't upgraded. If the battery life starts going down then I'll think about buying a new phone. I've had BB phones since 2012 from OS7 to BB10 to Android with BB.

@@yaniqueedmond532 Sorry to hear that. That sucks. What price range are you looking in? If you're a BlackBerry user, you probably care for things like effiency, simplicty, and function. If you're looking on the inexpensive side, I would say the Pixel 3 AXL. If you're looking more expensive, I would say Pixel 4 XL. The Google phones have been the best transition phones for me. Also, iPhone XR or iPhone 11 - simply because the typing experience is hands down the best, and most accurate, if you don't have a keyboard.

You can turn the hub off to free up memory by going into settings > apps >> and then select the app and force stop and disable.

No suggestions, Ian, but my son owned a Classic, and the Classic is a nice choice if you don't want a phone as big or as wide as the PP, and you don't mind a smaller screen-3.5 vs 4.5...The only thing that I did not like about the Classic was that it only had 16 gigs of storage compared to my PP, that had 32 gigs, and was such a step up from all the other smartphone that I had owned, as all the other ones only ever had 4 or 8 gigs...

I loved the Z30. It was such a good phone. I bought one the day it came out at Verizon. I didn't even have Verizon service. I paid for verizon service just so I could use it. I really do miss BB10. I don't think the desire to use a blackberry really goes away. Even though I have the best phones available on the market right now, I still miss my physical keyboard and my blackberries. I've been using them since 2005, so I understand completely.

Bought the Motion @ launch, was a great device for the most part. Camera was its nemesis being the main reason I threw in the towel after 16 months. And BTW, Motion's camera was a "downgrade" from the KEYone's as they used different lenses/modules... Just recently sold off my Motion and KEYone.

I switch between my Motion and Dtek 60. The 60 is still good for daily use. The 820 processor is faster than the 625 chip in the Motion. Also, the Oled screen looks better than the LCD screen on the Motion. Lastly, the 60 still has the swipe up gesture to open 3 primary apps. Downsides... the 3000 mah battery does not last as long as the Motion's battery and it is slippery... get a case.

After my Z30 I went to a DTEK60 and really liked it although I was having B10 withdrawals. But just as I was going to take a trip to South Africa the camera gave out. I ended up with a Pixel 3 and it's not bad and does take good pics. Still missing my BBs though from the Storm 1 through the DTEK.

I think BlackBerry should have 4 phones launched this year if they want to be unique and purposeful. A BlackBerry Classic sized phone for cheaper price and less size , which can be used as a secondary or personal device. A BlackBerry Key3 , Passport and Priv ! Without being cheaper like the Oneplus , there is no point in coming back.

I am not using many apps, but eBay and Kijiji tend to stall for a few seconds and then come back alive. I don’t multitask much... Adam any ideas? I am thinking of removing these apps to see the difference!

Yeah, I'm not sure. Try uninstalling and reinstalling them and see if there is any improvement.

@@TechOdyssey I actually submitted a question to TCL and they responded. They are still supporting their product although as you mentioned- no updates. They asked me a bunch of questions. I think the issue maybe an old SD card that could be sluggish. This could be causing the stalling (read/write) from SD card. I will remove it and see if it helps. Keep you posted.

@@TechOdyssey I must say it was thanks to your reviews and your followers comments that I settled in trying the Motion. I sold my Priv for $120 Cad and upgraded to Motion for $165. Not a bad deal.

BlackBerry was terminate, after TCL left this brand..so sad, im one of Blackberry fans, right now im also used BlackBerry key 2 and key 2 LE...also still had BlackBerry key one, q10...meanwhile almost no one use this brand anymore in my country
