Oh man im gonna apply to this postbac program so i can be a better candidate. did a medical mission, volunteering in clinical care, working as a scribe, research and published but messed up my gpa just being irresponsible. Havent taken my mcat yet but im still nervous i wont get in anywhere due to my mistakes

Hi Dr. Grey, You mentioned taking more than one class each semester. My question is what if the only classes you need are Chem 1, 2, organic, and biochemistry? Will my university allow me to take two Chemistry courses at once?

You need to follow up with your university. It’s not about the subject (because a chemistry major will take multiple chemistry courses at once)its about the pre requisite for each course. I couldn’t take organic chemistry without first taking chemistry. I think I need chemistry and organic chem done before I can take biochem. All schools are different and you should check with your school.
